Nanxiang serves the authentic Shanghainese xiao long bao the traditional way -- a compact, meaty dumpling that 's full of flavour. Besides the award-winning King Size Nanxiang Crab Roe Steam Soup Bun ($6.80 each), Nanxiang offers 8 other flavors of xiaolongbao that are unique to its kitchens. They include Fresh Pork (Original), Crabmeat & Pork, Mushroom, Vegetable & Pork, Shrimp & Pork, Crab Roe & Pork, Spicy Crab Roe & Pork and Crab Roe, Shark's Fin with Pork XIao Long Bao.
