Plus! BigDeal Pte. Ltd. or “Plus! BigDeal” (referred to as "us" or "we"), the provider of plus.bigdeal.sg that provides you with opportunities to experience products and services from businesses at a discount (a “Deal”), is firmly committed to protecting the privacy of our users. Our goal is to provide you with a secure online experience and to ensure that any information you submit to us is private and used/disclosed only for the purposes and in the means described below. This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for the Plus! BigDeal website (collectively, the "Site"). Please read the following to learn what information we collect from you (the "User") and how we use that information.

PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SITE, YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND OUR TERMS OF USE. IN PARTICULAR, YOU AGREE TO THE COLLECTION AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY. 1. Changes to Privacy Policy
Plus! BigDeal will continue to commit itself in protecting and maximizing our Users' privacy. We may change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the revised Privacy Policy in the "Privacy Policy" section of the Site. It is the responsibility of each User to review the Privacy Policy periodically. The revised Privacy Policy is effective immediately when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effectiveness of such revisions will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms ofthe revised Privacy Policy.
2. Collection of Information
We collect two types of information about our Site Users: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
Personally Identifiable Information. Personally Identifiable Information is the information that identifies a specific User. When you engage in certain activities on the Site, such as creating an account, filling out a survey, ordering a Deal, product or service from us, posting a review, sending us feedback, requesting information about our services through the Site (collectively, "Identification Activities"), we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself. It is optional for you to engage in an Identification Activity. If you elect to engage in an Identification Activity, personal information such as your first and last name, mailing address, email address, telephone number and date of birth may be collected. When you order a Deal, products or services, we may also ask you to provide us with your credit card number, expiration date, authentication codes and bank account information or other related information.
We use Personally Identifiable Information to provide products and services to you, enhance the operation of the Site, administer contests, improve our marketing and promotional efforts, analyse Users’ trend, and improve our product and service offerings. We will use Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with the relevant privacy law of Singapore.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Non-Personally Identifiable Information is the information that does not identify a specific User. This type of information may include things like the Uniform Resource Locator("URL") of the website you visited before coming to our Site, the URL of the website you visit after leaving our Site, the type of browser you use and your Internet Protocol ("IP") address. We, and/or our authorized third party service providers and advertisers, may collect this informationwhen you visit our Site.
We use Non-Personally Identifiable Information for troubleshooting, to administer the Site, analyse Users’ trend and gather demographic information. We may also share this information with our authorized third party service providers and advertisers to measure the overall effectiveness of our online advertising, content, and programming.
3. Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information
We will not share your Personally Identifiable Information with other parties except as provided below:
We may share your information with Plus! BigDeal Merchants. From time to time, we advertise, launch or provide through our Site, offers from merchants (referred to as “Plus! BigDeal Merchants”). A Plus! BigDeal Merchant, as the offeror of a Deal, may request information of the purchaser of a Deal or Coupon. In this case, we share some of your Personally Identifiable Information with the Plus! BigDeal Merchant for it to contact you for the redemption of the Coupon. In any other cases, we will only share with Plus! BigDeal Merchants your Personal Identifiable Information when you have given your consent for such sharing. While we inform Plus! BigDeal Merchants whom we share your Personal Identifiable Information that they are only permitted to use the Personally Identifiable Information for the purposes of which you have consented (“consented purposes”), we do not guarantee any such Plus! BigDeal Merchants’ compliance with the consented purposes or have any responsibility for any of the actions of such Plus! BigDeal Merchants.
We may share your information with Authorized Third Party Service Providers. We provide someof our services and products through third parties. These third party service providers perform functions on our behalf, such as sending out and distributing our administrative and promotional emails. We may share your information with the third party service providers for them to send postal or email to Users on our behalf, organise and remove repetitive information on Users list, analyse data for our internal use, provide marketing assistance, provide search results, operate the Site, troubleshooting, and provide any other customer service support. We will only share your Personally Identifiable Information with a third party service provider that complies with our data protection standard.
We may share your information in a Business Transfer. As with any other business, we could merge with, or be acquired by another company. If this occurs, the successor company would acquire the information we maintain, including Personally Identifiable Information. Plus! BigDeal will exercise its reasonable effort to ensure that the transferred Personally Identifiable Information will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may share your information for our Protection and the Protection of Others. We may also disclose Personally Identifiable Information when we believe that the disclosure is required to comply with the law or a court order and to enforce this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use or other agreements.
4. Disclosure of Non-Personally Identifiable Information
We may disclose or share Non-Personally Identifiable Information with business partners, affiliates and advertisers. For example, we may share aggregated demographic information (which does not include any Personally Identifiable Information) with third party advertising companies.
We use third party service providers to collect and analyse Non-Personally Identifiable Information relating to the Site and to constantly improve the quality of the Site. We may publish the collected Non-Personally Identifiable Information for promotional purposes.
5. Updating and Correcting Information
Subject to our Terms of Use, you have the access to edit the Personally Identifiable Information in your Plus! BigDeal account. Alternatively, you may change any of your Personally Identifiable Information by sending us an email atsupport@plusbigdeal.sg. Please indicate your name and email address, and what information you would like to update when you contact us.
We encourage you to promptly update your Personally Identifiable Information if it changes.
6. User Choices on Collection and Use of Information
You cannot opt-out of Administrative Emails. "Administrative Emails" relate to a User's activity on the Site, and include emails regarding a particular User's account and requests or inquiries. In contrast to Administrative Emails, however, you do have a choice to opt-out of Promotional Emails. Promotional Emails refer to emails that advertise our products and services, and/or the products and services of our advertisers and affiliates. If you do not wish to receive Promotional Emails from us, you may elect to opt-out of receiving Promotional Emails at any time by e-mailing us at support@plusbigdeal.sg, or by checking the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of Promotional Emails. When contacting us, please indicate your name and email address, and what Promotional Emails you do not wish to receive.
7. Security of Information
We take security seriously and take numerous precautions to protect the Personally Identifiable Information of our Users. Your password for your Plus! BigDeal account is encrypted. You shall not share your password with anyone. Any Personally Identifiable Information resides on a secure server that onlyselected personnel and contractors have access to. We encrypt certain sensitive information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your Personally Identifiable Information is safe as it is transmitted to us.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we employ commercially reasonable security measures to protect data and seek to partner with companies which do the same, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to or from the Site, and are not responsible for the actions of any third parties that may receive any such information.
If you suspect or discover that an unauthorized access has been attempted, please inform Plus! BigDeal immediately at support@plusbigdeal.sg.
8. Data Tracking
To facilitate and customize your experience with the Site, we store cookies or other tracking devices on your computer. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a User's computer for record-keeping purposes which contains information about that User. We use cookies to save you time while using the Site, remind us who you are, and track and target User interests in order to provide a customized experience. Cookies also allow us to collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information from you, such as pages you visited and the links you clicked on. Use of the information collected by cookies helps us to create a user-friendly Site for Users. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by our Site only and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertiser. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you may be able to modify your browser settings to decline cookies. Please note that if you decline or delete cookies or other tracking devices, some parts of the Site may not work properly.
9. Privacy Policies of Third Party Websites
This Privacy Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. Other websites that may be accessible through this Site have their own privacy policies and data collection, use and disclosure practices that may differ from this Site. If you access any other website through theSite, we urge you to review the website's privacy policy. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties.
10. Other Privacy Issues
Children. Minors under the age of 18 may not use the Site. We do not collect or maintain information from anyone known to be under the age of 18, and no part of the Site is designed to attract anyone under the age of 18. In certain instances, we sell children's products for the purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of your parent or guardian. If you discover that your child is releasing Personal Identifiable Information to Plus! BigDeal without your consent, please contact Plus! BigDeal at support@plusbigdeal.sg, and Plus! BigDeal will take steps to remove the Personal Identifiable Information submitted by your child.
Public Areas. We may provide areas on our Site where you can publicly post information about yourself or communicate with others. We may have forum on our Site for you to post review of products or restaurant. This information may be accessible by other Users, consumers and companies and may appear on other websites or web searches, and therefore this information could be read, collected, and used by others.
