We booked into one of the standard rooms at Ivory Resorts Seminyak for a few nights, following a stay in a 5 star resort down at Nusa Dua and it was a wonderful change from the generic branded hotel we had previously been in! The hotel well designed, with decent sized rooms and a lovely pool. The design of the lobby and other areas are unique and we couldn't believe our luck at finding something so wonderful! Generally a very clean place too and great value for money, oh and free wifi. Another plus point is its close proximity to some of the better bars and restaurants in Seminyak. We stayed at the Rama for 5 nights. The hotel is only an 8-minute journey to the airport! The staff are very friendly, the pool awesome, the dinners that we had in the evening were of the highest standard i.e. ribs, chicken curry and wonderful puddings. Rooms were cleaned daily. There are also small supermarkets nearby and a Commonwealth bank branch about a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast was lovely. Overall for our first stay in Bali, it was a hit. My hairdresser in Perth recommended it to me and I will recommend it to others. －wwwfan
