- Printed VOUCHER and NRIC must be presented upon redemption
- Once colour / model had been selected, no exchange is allowed.
- In the event that a certain model or colour is sold out, a replacement model of the same value will be shipped.
- Redemption of a different model other than the one originally purchased from the Big Deal is NOT allowed.
- Multiple vouchers may be purchased as gifts for family and friends
- Follow the instruction as prompted to carry out your redemption.
- For Delivery: Top up $20 for doorstep delivery (Contact merchant and payable upon delivery) with the attached e-voucher to arrange for delivery.
- Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
- Vouchers are transferable, but must be attached with a Letter of Authorisation. No refunds or exchanges will be given at any time after you have made your purchase. Only replacement for faulty items will be available. Please kindly check when receiving the product of receipt. If items are defective or inaccurate at the point of delivery, please do not accept but return instead. Refunds or exchanges not allowed thereafter.
