Choose either the Kindertots or the Kinderdance programs:

Kindertots 

For ages 2-3, Kindertots® is designed to develop gross motor skills, movement creativity, physical development (flexibility, strength, balance, coordination), tumbling, body awareness and communication skills, while learning numbers, colours, shapes and songs. Each lesson comprises a combination of the following, all delivered in song and dance: 

1. Stretching exercises 
2. Body isolations and body actions 
3. Motor development skills – variety of walks, jumps, marches and dances 
4. Song and dance activity  
5. Creative movement – butterfly, train, airplane, five little fishes 
6. Physical development skills – ball handling skills, tuck and straddles, sailboat, rocking pony, little rocking chair, variety rolling, etc

Kinderdance 

For ages 3-6, Kinderdance® is a developmental dance, motor skills, movement and fitness program, teaching the basics of tap, ballet, acrobatics and creative movement while learning deeper educational concepts with each level. Each lesson comprises a combination of the following: 

1. Warm up exercises 
2. Motor development skills – dance walks, robot walks, giant walks, scottish runs, mouse runs, running leaps 
3. Ballet segment 
4. Modern dance and creativity – boogie beat, body parts dance 
5. Imagery and creativity – jeep safari, musical instruments, imagine 
6. Acrobatics – seal stand, rocking horse, bicycle, leap frog, forward roll, donut, leg roll, tiger walks 
7. Tap dance – directionality, toe-tap-front-back, heel taps, clap jump, marches, slides, chugs, brush to dances and songs
